Refund policy

EXCHANGES

Any Customer who is not satisfied with their purchase must promptly notify Flora Carmelin by sending an email to servizioclienti@floracarmelin.com, requesting a replacement with one or more items whose total cost is equal to or greater than the value of the returned product, or the issuance of a voucher of equal value to that of the goods, excluding transportation costs.

The voucher received by the Customer is valid for 6 (six) months.

The Customer may request to exchange the item no later than 14 days from the date of receipt.

The returned item must be without scratches or other marks, unworn, with the product tag, inner packaging and protective bag in perfect condition.

Shipping costs related to the exchange are the responsibility of the Customer, unless the exchange is due to sending the wrong item.

In this case, shipping costs related to the exchange are the responsibility of Flora Carmelin.

Exchange instructions

Send an email to servizioclienti@floracarmelin.com indicating:

  • First name, last name, address, method of payment used (bank details in the event of payment by bank transfer and a copy of the bank receipt).
  • Details of the item you want to exchange and reason for the exchange.
  • Details of the item you want to receive as a replacement.

Flora Carmelin will send a return authorisation email with shipping instructions.

If you do not receive the email, please check your junk mail box.

RETURNS

Any Customer who is not satisfied with their purchase must promptly notify Flora Carmelin by sending an email to servizioclienti@floracarmelin.com, requesting the return of the Product.

The Customer may exchange the item no later than 14 days from the date of receipt.

You may return an item purchased from floracarmelin.com only if the item is in the same condition in which it was received.

We recommend that you make sure that:

  1. The item has not been used and has not suffered even minor damage during testing (scratches, marks).
  2. The article has not been soiled.
  3. The item has a product tag, labels, inner packing, clean protective bag and the original box in which it was received.
  4. The article has not been modified in any way.

Returns showing signs of use or not authorised by Flora Carmelin because they do not satisfy the conditions provided for will be refused and sent back to the Customer at the original shipping address.

Return Instructions

Send an email to servizioclienti@floracarmelin.com indicating:

  • First name, last name, address, method of payment used (bank details in the event of payment by bank transfer and a copy of the bank receipt).
  • Details of the item to be returned and reason for return.

Flora Carmelin Customer Service will send a return authorisation email with shipping instructions.

If you do not receive the email, please check your junk email box.

The refund amount will be subject to a deduction for each returned item to cover the cost of transporting and reconditioning the item:

Italy: €20

Campione d'Italia and Livigno: €45

Europe 1: €35

Europe 2: €45

Europe 3: €95

REFUNDS

Refunds may be made once the return is received at Flora Carmelin's offices in via Paolo Lomazzo 55, Milan and only after careful verification that the above conditions are met.

For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available within 8-10 days.

Refund times vary depending on the bank used by the Client.

The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase according to the exchange rate in effect on the day of issue. 

It will not be possible to refund and/or offset any difference in amount due to exchange rate fluctuations.
