Shipping policy

Shipments to Italy are made by GLS couriers.

Shipping within Italy, except for Campione d'Italia and Livigno, is free on all orders.

Shipping to Campione d'Italia and Livigno is free for orders over €500.

For orders of a smaller amount, shipping costs €30.

Shipments to countries in Europe 1 (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, continental France, Germany, continental Greece, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Hungary) are made by GLS couriers.

Shipping to Europe 1 is free for orders over €500.

For orders of a smaller amount, shipping costs €30.

Shipments to Europe 2 countries (Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, UK, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Monaco, Norway, Romania, Turkey) are made by GLS couriers.

Shipping to Europe 2 is free for orders over €500.

For orders of a smaller amount, shipping costs €40.

Shipments to countries in Europe 3 (Cyprus, Corsica, Greek Islands, Madeira, Malta, Azores Islands, Andorra, Ceuta, Gibraltar, Melilla, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands) are made by GLS couriers.

Shipping to Europe 3 is free for orders over €1,000.

For orders of a smaller amount, shipping costs €90.

There may be exceptions related to shipping costs in the case of remote locations.

Shipments to the rest of the world cost between €50 and €150 depending on the destination.

In the case of orders to countries outside the EU, any customs and tax requirements, including any payment of duties and taxes to which the shipment is subject, are the responsibility of the Buyer.

The estimated delivery times are as follows:

1-3 working days in Italy.

1-3 working days in Europe 1.

2-4 working days in Europe 2.

2-7 working days in Europe 3.

7-10 working days in the rest of the world.

Orders are handled by Flora Carmelin between Tuesday and Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm.

Orders placed on other business days and holidays will be processed starting the following Tuesday.

Ordered goods are shipped upon confirmation of the availability of the goods and verification of payment.

During the periods of sales and promotions, shipments may take longer.

In any case, Flora Carmelin reserves the right to postpone the shipment in the event of force majeure or unforeseen or unforeseeable circumstances.

By placing an order, the Customer enters into a business relationship with Flora Carmelin and thus commits to accept and receive delivery of the package.

If the Customer refuses for any reason to accept delivery of the shipment or requests that it be returned to the sender, any shipping costs charged to Flora Carmelin will be deducted from the amount of any refund to the Customer.

If the Customer is not present at either the first delivery or the second delivery, the Customer will be charged a storage fee of €15.
